How do I sign in?
With a passkey: your face or fingerprint. There is no password to set and none to forget.
What happens if I lose my phone?
You restore access with your recovery phrase, which can be set up after you create your account. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe.
Can defi.com recover my account for me?
No. Self-custody means we hold no keys on your behalf, so your recovery phrase is the only way back in. Nobody at defi.com will ever ask you for it.
Can I use it outside defi.com?
Your defi.id works across the defi.com ecosystem and can be be used as a receipien address when sending from most crypto wallets.
